Next Classics and Coffee Cruise-In  is April 20th 2024!

 

 

Mark your calendar to attend our Classics and Coffee Cruise-Ins scheduled for the third Saturday monthly March thru November. The Cruise-In will be held at Governor Hogg Park in Quitman, TX right on. Hwy 37. The event is free to all and will feature free coffee and donuts; a 50/50 raffle; and really great door prizes for our participants. The time is from 8 thru 10:30 AM. See Flyer at right. The March 16th Show was great! 44 Classic Cars and lots of visitors.

Regular Club Meeting : Our next regular club meeting is May 14th at Ancona's in Quitman. Meal at 5:30 PM and meeting begins at 6:30.  Come join in the fun!

 


Weekly Breakfast: Join us for coffee and conversation each Thursday morning at 8:30 AM at the Country Kitchen in Quitman.

Club Cruises:  Just completed our first Cruise of the year on April 11th to Pittsburg, TX. About 20 members enjoyed a great trip to the North East Texas Rural Heritage Museum, which includes a Carrol Shelby exhibit. We enjoyed lunch downtown at the Pittsburg Hot Link Restaurant and finished up with a stop at Efurd's Orchard to have ice cream! See group picture in slideshow at upper right screen. 

 Upcoming Area Car Shows: Members may download a current list of upcoming car shows under the "Documents Tab" in the top navigation bar. Important Note: Be sure and check with event sponsors before travelling. Car shows are often rescheduled due to weather and other factors.


Membership

Membership meetings are held on the second Tuesday each month except December when our meeting will coincide with our annual Christmas Party.  Meetings are held at the Ancona Restaurant in Quitman.  Dinner at 5:30 pm, meeting starts at 6:30 pm.

Club Dues

Family membership dues of $35 may be made on-line or sent to the treasurer.  Mail to PO Box 1531, Quitman Texas 75783 or pay online..

Lake Country Classics Car Club


Lake Country Classics is a North East Texas car club that seeks to bring together persons interested in cars and trucks especially vintage, classic, muscle and street rods. Our goal is to serve the community; promote public interest through parades, car shows as well as other local events and display a favorable public image of the hobby.

Club events are announced regularly on our website at the top of this page. Regularly scheduled meetings are held on the second Tuesday each month. We are open and very family friendly group. Come and join us!
